Contract Studio provides software for preparing, editing and checking documents. These terms describe the service’s current product boundaries; they do not claim that the product or its templates have received legal approval.
Software, not legal representation
Contract Studio is not your lawyer and does not establish an attorney-client relationship. Templates and automated checks can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your circumstances or jurisdiction. Modified NDA and Services templates have no completed human legal review represented here; the operator has deferred that review until after deployment. No particular agreement is represented as reviewed by a lawyer. Obtain qualified advice where needed and make your own decision before signing or relying on a document.
Your account and content
Use an account you are authorized to control, keep your sign-in secure, and invite only people entitled to access the workspace. You remain responsible for your documents, instructions, permissions and decisions. Submit only content you have the right to process and share with the selected services. These terms do not transfer ownership of your documents to Contract Studio.
AI features and explicit actions
AI output is a proposal, not an instruction to execute or sign an agreement. Review generated language, explanations, sources and changes. Accepting a proposal does not create a human legal-review attestation. AI and connected-endpoint features may be unavailable until configured and enabled. Do not use the service to facilitate unlawful conduct, evade access controls, interfere with other users or submit malicious files.
Plans, consent and payments
Paid features are available only when the applicable checkout and billing configuration are enabled. Before purchase, review the seller identity, price, billing period, allowance or usage terms, and consent shown at checkout. Do not complete a purchase if that information is missing or inconsistent. No free credits, unlimited unmetered provider use, or activation of paid features is promised merely by creating an account. Usage and invoices are governed by the terms actually presented for the selected plan; these pages do not authorize a charge.
Availability, exports and deletion
The service may be changed, restricted or unavailable while features are being qualified or maintained. Keep your own copies of important documents and verify exports before use. An export or automated check is not a guarantee of legal suitability. History, backup, billing and deletion records are subject to the retention limits described in the privacy notice; account deletion is not a promise of immediate erasure of every retained record.
Changes and questions
Review the notice versions presented when signing in, granting consent or purchasing a plan. For account or service questions, use the support contact presented in the service’s sign-in consent screen or payment receipt. These terms do not assert a certification, a specific supported jurisdiction, insurance coverage, or a completed counsel review.
