This invitation-only development pilot lets you try Contract Studio. It is not legal advice or a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer. Guidance and generated documents have not been legally reviewed. You remain responsible for checking any document before relying on, sharing or signing it. The pilot has no paid subscription or service-level commitment.
Privacy
Sign-in is handled by Amazon Cognito. Your email, account membership, sign-in sessions, consent, and any agreements or drafts you save are processed by this application. The frontend is hosted by Vercel; application data is stored in private encrypted AWS storage in US East (Northern Virginia). Operational logs are retained for 30 days and database recovery backups for up to 35 days. This pilot does not automatically delete saved agreements. Account deletion is not yet enabled; contact the pilot operator to arrange removal. Do not use this development pilot for sensitive production documents.
AI notice
AI can produce incomplete or incorrect language. A model-generated result is not a legal review or endorsement. Model calls are currently disabled in this deployment. When enabled, a requested AI operation will send the contract context and your instructions to the configured model provider. Review the output before using it.
